IOTA 26194 is a macromolecular silane coupling agent for filler treatment, a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid with viscosity of 5~40 mPa·s, molecular weight 950~2500 and free chloride ion below 20 ppm for high purity. Its trimethoxysilane terminal undergoes rapid hydrolysis and reacts with silanol groups on alumina, aluminum nitride and other thermal conductive fillers, grafting inert polysiloxane segments onto powder surfaces.
Modified fillers disperse evenly in silicone matrix, allowing higher loading, less particle agglomeration and lower interfacial thermal resistance, which greatly improves thermal conductivity of thermal greases, thermal pads and other thermal interface materials. Available in nitrogen-sealed packages from 1kg to 200kg. Store in cool dry areas with a 3-month shelf life; reusable after passing re-inspection, an ideal additive for high-end thermal conductive powder modification.
