Product Description:

IOTA TB5152 is a phenyl- and epoxy-functional polysiloxane adhesion promoter designed for compression molding and injection molding processes. It is used as an adhesion promoter for self-adhesive PC silicone rubber, providing rapid bonding to difficult-to-bond plastics and fabrics. In condensation-cure silicone systems, it also delivers excellent adhesion to acrylic (PMMA) substrates.

1.Soluble in common organic solvents, such as methanol, ethanol, xylene, and other anhydrous solvents.

Recommended dosage: 1.0–2.0 wt.%

Packaging and Storage:

Supplied in 25 kg and 200 kg plastic drums.

Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the container tightly sealed after opening to prevent hydrolysis caused by moisture. Protect the product from rain, direct sunlight, and package damage during transportation and storage.

Transport as a non-hazardous material. Recommended storage and transportation temperature: 0–30°C.
