IOTA-T9152 is a multifunctional specialty silane widely used in a variety of applications. It serves as an adhesion promoter in coatings, addition-cure silicone systems, condensation-cure silicone systems, acrylic systems, and other formulations.

Main Features:
1.The unique multifunctional structure of IOTA-T9152 provides excellent surface wetting and chemical bonding on substrates with poor adhesion characteristics.
2.Exhibits minimal impact on the thixotropy of the formulation while offering a fast reaction rate.
3.In addition-cure silicone systems, it significantly improves adhesion to challenging substrates, including metals, plastics, coated surfaces, silicone rubber, TPU, and other difficult-to-bond materials.
Directions for Use:
Soluble in common organic solvents, such as methanol, ethanol, and methyl ethyl ketone (MEK).
Can be used as an additive in coatings, adhesives, and sealants.
In addition-cure silicone systems, optimum performance is achieved at curing temperatures above 120°C.
Application Recommendations:
Recommended dosage: 0.5–3.0 wt.%
Addition: Add to the platinum catalyst component.
Application：
1.Suitable for addition-cure textile silicone systems, providing excellent adhesion to waterproof silicone-coated fabrics, nylon fabrics, TPU films, and other substrates.
2.Used in addition-cure liquid silicone rubber (LSR) systems to improve adhesion to polycarbonate (PC), glass fiber-reinforced PA66 (PA66 GF), ABS, gold, silver, copper, iron, nickel, cast aluminum, and other substrates.
3.Suitable for leather surface treatment formulations, enabling effective bonding between liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and solid silicone rubber (HCR).
4.Suitable for bonding solid silicone rubber to solid silicone rubber, as well as silicone wires and cables. When used as a primer, it provides excellent adhesion after secondary vulcanization.
5.Suitable for addition-cure pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) systems, improving adhesion to a wide range of difficult-to-bond films.
Packaging and Storage:
Supplied in 5 kg, 25 kg, and 200 kg plastic drums.
Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the container tightly sealed after opening to prevent hydrolysis caused by moisture. Protect from rain, direct sunlight, and package damage during transportation and storage. Transport as a non-hazardous material. Recommended storage temperature: 0–30°C.
