IOTA H21400 is solvent-free two-component grey borosilazane adhesive with viscosity 3000~4000cp, continuous service temperature 1300-1500℃ and fast medium-temperature curing. It performs excellently on graphite bonding: room-temperature strength＞5MPa, compression shear strength＞8MPa at 400℃, 800℃ and 1000℃, and remains above 2MPa at 1500℃ to prevent joint failure under ultra-high heat.
Cure at 170℃ for 2 hours with furnace cooling, ideal for mass production of graphite molds and high-temp graphite parts. It also bonds and seals metal, ceramic and composite materials. Custom 0.5L~10L plastic drums, 1-year shelf life in cool dry sealed storage. Apply in ventilated areas to avoid ammonia accumulation after opening.
