This grey solvent-free two-component polycarbosilane adhesive features flexible mixing ratio, fast medium-temperature curing and excellent heat resistance. It bonds and seals metal, ceramic and composite components, and can be coated directly to prepare high-temperature protective coatings.
The paste with moderate viscosity ensures easy application, cured at 170~200℃ only. It maintains stable mechanical strength, over 10MPa bonding strength for quartz both at room temperature and after high-temperature aging. Custom packaging and simple storage with 12-month shelf life, widely used for thermal equipment, heat-resistant composite parts and high-temperature coating manufacturing.
