IOTA R2400 solvent-free red two-component adhesive is ideal for bonding and sealing metal, ceramic and carbon composite high-temperature parts. It delivers tensile shear strength over 1MPa at room temperature and above 0.2MPa at 400℃, with weight loss less than 10% after 10min at 400℃ under nitrogen atmosphere, keeping stable without pulverization.
Cured adhesive features high toughness with 5% elongation to absorb thermal expansion stress and avoid cracking under thermal cycles. Widely used on heat treatment fixtures, kiln parts, heat-resistant composite assemblies and high-temp pipeline joints.
Fully cured at room temperature in 5–7 days without heating, easy for mass assembly and on-site maintenance. Customizable 0.5L–10L plastic drums, 1-year shelf life for separate storage of two components. Apply in ventilated space; structured base glue can be reused after three-roll mixing.
