Developed exclusively for addition-cure silicone systems, IOTA-T9152 solves tough bonding challenges of hard-to-adhere substrates. It enables firm lamination of waterproof silicone textile fabrics, nylon and TPU films; bonds liquid silicone with PC, glass-filled PA66, ABS, gold, silver, copper, iron, nickel and cast aluminum. It also realizes adhesion between liquid and solid silicone, solid silicone inter-bonding and silicone wire bonding, with excellent bonding results when used as a primer followed by secondary vulcanization, and applies to addition-type pressure-sensitive adhesives for various films. This product does not interfere with silicone curing systems. A small dosage greatly improves adhesion. Simply mix it into the platinum component, and full performance is triggered under processing temperature above 120°C. Multiple packaging sizes are available. Store indoors in cool, ventilated areas and seal tightly after opening to prevent hydrolysis.
