IOTA-T9152 is a special multifunctional silane with allyl, NCO and epoxy composite functional groups and a vinyl content of 3.8%. It is a pale yellow transparent liquid compatible with coatings, acrylics, addition-cure and condensation-cure silicone systems, serving as a universal adhesion booster.
Its unique molecular structure delivers outstanding wettability and stable chemical bonding with metals and plastics, with minimal impact on system thixotropy and fast reaction speed. Soluble in conventional solvents such as methanol, ethanol and methyl ethyl ketone, it fits formulation preparation for coatings, sealants and adhesives.
It achieves optimal bonding performance above 120°C in addition-cure silicone systems, with a recommended dosage of 0.5~3 wt% to be blended into the platinum component. Suitable for waterproof silicone textile fabrics, leather finishing, pressure-sensitive adhesives and bonding between soft and hard silicone. Packed in 5kg, 25kg and 200kg plastic drums, it should be stored away from light at 0–30°C in cool dry conditions and transported as non-dangerous goods for easy handling.
