IOTA 233 hydrogen-terminated phenyl polysiloxane delivers stable, controllable physical data: specific gravity 1.00–1.01, refractive index 1.46–1.52 at 20℃, matching vinyl-phenyl systems to maintain high transparency and resist yellowing under long-term high temperature. Phenyl structure greatly improves thermal stability for LED optical potting and high-temp insulating silicone rubber.
Wide viscosity range and adjustable hydrogen content allow flexible tuning of crosslink density, hardness and flexibility of finished goods. High flash point lowers safety hazards during storage & production. Supplied in sealed iron drums, it forms stable 3D crosslinked networks to boost heat resistance and anti-aging performance, a premium crosslinker for high-end optoelectronic and thermal conductive sealing materials.
