IOTA 233 is T-type hydrogen-terminated phenyl polysiloxane (CAS: 68952-30-7), a colorless transparent viscous liquid with molecular weight ranging 550~3000. It features outstanding compatibility with methyl silicone oil, liquid silicone rubber, phenyl silicone rubber and phenyl silicone resin without delamination, eliminating extra compatibilizers and simplifying formulas.
Available viscosity: 5~5000 mm²/s, hydrogen content 0.35–0.75% with sufficient reactive Si-H bonds for efficient addition curing. COC flash point over 110℃ ensures safe processing. Ideal crosslinker for addition-cure silicone rubber, phenyl silicone rubber and phenyl silicone resin. Packed in 15kg & 200kg coated iron drums, store in cool ventilated warehouse for production of electronic potting compounds and high-temperature elastomers.
