IOTA H21000 is a gray-black solvent-free two-component silazane adhesive with viscosity of 1000~3000 cp, featuring smooth coating and outstanding gap filling capacity. It cures at medium temperature 170°C for only 2 hours with furnace cooling, shortening production cycles for mass manufacturing.
It delivers superior bonding strength: room-temperature bond strength＞8 MPa, tensile shear strength＞2 MPa at 600°C and over 1 MPa at 1000°C, with stable adhesion under 1000–1100°C high heat. Ideal for bonding & sealing metals, ceramics and composites, and manufacturing high-temperature resistant coatings. Customizable drums from 0.5L to 10L, 1-year shelf life in cool dry storage. Ammonia gas releases when opening, use in ventilated areas, a standard bonding material for heat treatment equipment.
