IOTA 69322 is a condensation two-component neutral dealcoholization silicone thermal adhesive. It features a simple 1:1 mixing ratio and comes as a white paste suitable for various application methods. With a density of 1.8±0.05 g/cm³ and a 30-minute working time, it perfectly fits mass production. It delivers a thermal conductivity of 0.9 W/m·K and stable heat transfer performance. The cured adhesive reaches Shore A hardness of 70±5, with strong adhesion and outstanding thermal stability. Designed for heat dissipation applications, it is widely used for automotive voltage regulator bonding and battery cell gap filling.
