IOTA 69320 is a condensation-type one-component neutral dealcoholization thermally conductive adhesive. It is a white paste with a density of 2.75 g/cm³ and an outstanding thermal conductivity of 2.03 W/m·K. Adopting formic acid-free and titanium-catalyzed formula, it cures with moisture absorption. The surface drying time is only 6–12 minutes, and the cured Shore hardness is 75±5, delivering firm and long-lasting adhesion.
As a one-component product, it requires no mixing for easy and efficient application. It is widely used for sealing LED lamps, heating parts of locomotive equipment, and hot spots on PCBs. It also serves for gap filling between high-power transistors, thyristor diodes and silver/copper substrates, acting as a high-performance thermal bonding solution for industrial electronics.
