IOTA 69337 is a silicone thermally conductive adhesive formulated with eco-friendly neutral dealcoholization ingredients, which causes no corrosion to substrates such as aluminum and copper and fits various electronic components. The paste texture enables convenient application, and its moderate skinning speed adapts to conventional production processes. Cured by moisture in the air, the adhesive boasts desirable toughness and bonding strength. With a thermal conductivity of 0.81 W/m·K, it efficiently dissipates heat generated by operating components and prevents malfunctions caused by overheating.
