IOTA 69337 is a condensation-cure one-component neutral dealcoholization thermally conductive adhesive. It comes as a white paste with a density of 1.65 g/cm³ and a thermal conductivity of 0.81 W/m·K, delivering steady heat dissipation performance. Adopting formic acid-free and titanium-catalyzed formula, it cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture with a skin-over time of 10–20 minutes. The cured product features a Shore hardness of 70±5 and firm adhesion.
Compliant with UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, it can self-extinguish quickly when ignited and greatly enhance the operational safety of electronic devices. As a one-component product, it requires no pre-mixing for easy operation. It is widely used for sealing LED lamps and heat dissipation of automotive electronic components. It also serves for positioning and sealing PCBs and electronic parts, as well as gap filling between high-power transistors, thyristor diodes and aluminum/copper substrates. It is a premium material integrating heat conduction, bonding and flame retardancy for the electronics industry.
