IOTA R31000 is a high-performance silazane ceramic precursor adhesive. Three-component, solvent-free, gray-black fluid with easy application and good gap filling.
Cures at room temperature without heating equipment, convenient for on-site and large-scale assembly. Resists 800–1000°C, gradually ceramicizing at high heat to form a dense heat-resistant layer with stable, long-lasting strength.
Excellent bond strength at room and high temperatures, stable after long aging and thermal cycling for harsh environments. Widely used for structural bonding/sealing of metals, ceramics, composites, and refractory coatings. Flexible packaging, easy storage. Use in ventilated area.
