IOTA R31000 is a three-component, solvent-free silazane ceramic precursor adhesive. Gray-black, viscosity ~5000 cps, with a 30-minute working time. Fully cures at room temperature in 5–7 days.
Temperature resistance: 800–1000°C. Tensile strength >4 MPa at room temp, >3 MPa at 400°C, >3 MPa at 600°C, and >1 MPa at 1000°C, maintaining stable performance at extreme heat. Bond strength increases after long-term thermal aging and remains stable after thermal cycling.
Ideal for bonding/sealing metals, ceramics, composites, and making high-temperature coatings. Packaging: 0.5L–10L customizable drums. Curing agent shelf life: 1 year; ~6 months after opening (cool/dry storage). Ammonia may release; use in ventilated area. A reliable choice for high-temperature industries.
