IOTA H21400 is a two-component, solvent-free borosilazane adhesive. Gray paste with viscosity of 3000–4000 cps. Cures at medium temperature: 2 hours at 170°C, cool with furnace for efficient processing.
Heat resistance ranges 1300–1500°C, ideal for extreme high-temperature environments. Room-temperature bond strength >5 MPa; compressive shear strength >8 MPa from 400°C to 1000°C, and >2 MPa at 1500°C, with stable high-temperature strength.
Designed for bonding and sealing graphite, metals, ceramics and composites; also used for high-temperature resistant coatings. Packaging: 0.5L–10L customizable drums. Shelf life: 1 year in cool, dry storage. Ammonia gas may release after long storage; use in ventilated area. Reliable solution for ultra-high-temperature equipment.
