IOTA 69316 is a high-performance condensation-type one-component silicone thermal adhesive. Featuring a neutral dealcoholization formula, it is eco-friendly and non-corrosive to substrates such as aluminum and copper. White semi-fluid with good fluidity, easy to apply and fill gaps, suitable for dispensing, scraping and other processes. Thermal conductivity of 0.82 W/m·K rapidly dissipates heat to ensure stable equipment operation. Moisture-cured with fast skin drying. The cured adhesive has moderate hardness, good vibration resistance and aging resistance, no cracking or powdering after long-term use.
