IOTA 69316 is a condensation-type one-component neutral dealcoholization thermally conductive adhesive. It is a white semi-fluid with a thermal conductivity of 0.82 W/m·K and a density of 1.65 g/cm³, combining excellent heat dissipation and bonding performance.
Adopting a formic acid-free titanium-catalyzed system, it cures by moisture absorption with a skin-over time of only 2–4 minutes. The cured adhesive has a Shore hardness of 50±5, offering strong adhesion and good thermal stability.
One-component design requires no mixing, ready to use and suitable for automated production lines to improve efficiency. Neutral and non-corrosive, it is widely used for LED lamp sealing, automotive electronics heat dissipation, PCB and component positioning sealing, high-power transistor mounting, and gap filling between thyristor elements and aluminum/copper substrates. It is a reliable thermal bonding solution for electronics and lighting industries.
