IOTA 68210 is an addition-cured two-component thermally conductive silicone adhesive with 1:1 mixing ratio for easy operation. It features low viscosity, high fluidity, low thermal resistance and fast curing, with thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/m·K.Viscosity: 4000±500 mPa·s; Density: 1.60±0.05 g/cm³; Working time: 40–80 min; Shore A hardness: 50±5; Shear strength (Al/Al): 0.6 MPa.It bonds well to most substrates at room temperature, with high temperature resistance and excellent thermal stability.
