IOTA 68210 is an addition-cured two-component thermally conductive silicone adhesive with 1:1 mixing ratio for easy operation. It features low viscosity, high fluidity, low thermal resistance and fast curing, with thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/m·K.Viscosity: 4000±500 mPa·s; Density: 1.60±0.05 g/cm³; Working time: 40–80 min; Shore A hardness: 50±5; Shear strength (Al/Al): 0.6 MPa.It bonds well to most substrates at room temperature, with high temperature resistance and excellent thermal stability. Ideal for potting and bonding automotive electronics, sensors, photovoltaic junction boxes, inverters, vehicle OBC modules, lithium battery packs and more.
