IOTA 68130 is a high-performance two-component thermally conductive silicone adhesive with a neutral dealcoholizing curing system, eco-friendly and odorless, non-corrosive to metals, plastics and other substrates.It uses a standard 10:1 mixing ratio and can be used after uniform stirring. The white fluid is easy to pour and mold, with thermal conductivity up to 0.7 W/m·K, quickly dissipating device heat to improve product reliability and service life.The cured adhesive has moderate hardness, combining bonding strength and toughness, with shock resistance, moisture resistance and stable insulation.
