IOTA 68130 is a condensation-curing two-component neutral dealcoholizing thermally conductive silicone adhesive, mixed at a ratio of 10:1. It appears as a white fluid with a density of 1.60±0.05 g/cm³, thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/m·K, working time of 45 minutes, and Shore A hardness of 40±5 after curing. It features easy operation, strong bonding and excellent thermal stability.With good fluidity, it is suitable for thermal bonding and sealing of various lighting equipment such as underground lamps, point light sources, linear lamps and junction boxes. The two-component system cures at room temperature, is non-corrosive and friendly to lamp substrates. It resists aging, moisture and insulation for long-term use, ensuring heat dissipation and structural stability of lamps, making it an ideal thermally conductive sealing material for outdoor and industrial lighting.
