IOTA H21600 Polycarbosilane Adhesive is an excellent solution for industrial high-temperature bonding scenarios! This solvent-free grey two-component adhesive, with Component A (base adhesive) and Component B (filler) mixed at a ratio of 1:1.5 to 2, features easy operation and a viscosity of 3000~4000 cp, suitable for construction in various working conditions. It combines medium-temperature curing and high efficiency, curable at 170~200℃ with a short curing time and excellent temperature resistance. For quartz material bonding, its room-temperature bonding strength exceeds 10MPa, and the room-temperature shear compressive strength still remains over 10MPa after aging at 1000℃ for 15 minutes. The product can bond and seal metals, ceramics and composite materials, and also be used to prepare high-temperature resistant coatings. It is available in customized plastic barrel packaging from 0.5L to 10L. Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, it has a shelf life of 1 year, providing a stable and reliable option for industrial high-temperature bonding!
