IOTA H21600 Polycarbosilane Adhesive is an excellent solution for industrial high-temperature bonding scenarios! This solvent-free grey two-component adhesive, with Component A (base adhesive) and Component B (filler) mixed at a ratio of 1:1.5 to 2, features easy operation and a viscosity of 3000~4000 cp, suitable for construction in various working conditions.
It combines medium-temperature curing and high efficiency, curable at 170~200β with a short curing time and excellent temperature resistance. For quartz material bonding, its room-temperature bonding strength exceeds 10MPa, and the room-temperature shear compressive strength still remains over 10MPa after aging at 1000β for 15 minutes.
The product can bond and seal metals, ceramics and composite materials, and also be used to prepare high-temperature resistant coatings. It is available in customized plastic barrel packaging from 0.5L to 10L. Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, it has a shelf life of 1 year, providing a stable and reliable option for industrial high-temperature bonding!
