For bonding challenges in high-temperature working conditions, IOTA H21000 silazane adhesive is the perfect solution! This solvent-free, high-performance product is specially designed for extreme environments, easily solving bonding and sealing pain points of metals, ceramics, and composite materials. Featuring a two-component dark gray design, it has a viscosity of 1000~3000 cPs that adapts to various construction needs. It not only achieves strong bonding but also can be used for preparing high-temperature resistant coatings. With excellent temperature resistance of 1000-1100℃, it stays stable in high-temperature scenarios—room temperature bonding strength exceeds 8MPa, and lap shear strength remains above 1MPa even at 1000℃, delivering exceptional stability. Curing at a moderate temperature of 170℃ takes only 2 hours, followed by furnace cooling for molding, which is much more efficient than traditional adhesives. Customizable packaging options (0.5L~10L) meet different production requirements, with a 1-year shelf life when stored in a sealed, cool and dry place. A friendly reminder: ammonia gas may escape when opening the base adhesive after long-term storage, so it’s recommended to use it in a well-ventilated area.
