Bonding strength degradation or sealing failure under high-temperature working conditions? IOTA H11500 borosilazane adhesive perfectly solves these problems, providing a reliable solution for bonding and sealing metals, ceramics, and composite materials.
This solvent-free gray one-component adhesive requires no complex proportioning and can be used directly after opening the barrel. Medium-temperature curing is convenient and efficient: heat it with the furnace to 170℃, cure for 2 hours, then cool with the furnace to form a stable bonding layer. Its temperature resistance is extraordinary – it maintains a lap shear strength of >2MPa at 1500℃, and the strength remains stable above 8MPa at 800℃ and 1000℃. The room-temperature strength for graphite material bonding also exceeds 5MPa.
In addition to core bonding and sealing functions, it can also be used to prepare high-temperature resistant coating materials, adapting to various industrial scenarios. The product offers customized packaging from 0.5L to 10L, with a shelf life of up to 1 year when sealed and stored in a cool, dry place. A gentle reminder: ammonia gas may escape when opening the barrel if the base adhesive is left unused for a long time, so it is recommended to use it in a well-ventilated environment.
For stable bonding under extreme high temperatures, IOTA H11500 has you covered!
