Still troubled by bonding and sealing challenges in high-temperature scenarios? IOTA H21600 Polycarbosilane Adhesive is tailor-made for harsh demands, emerging as the ideal choice for bonding metals, ceramics, and composite materials.
This solvent-free adhesive features a two-component gray design: Component A (base adhesive) paired with Component B (filler), which can be used by mixing at a ratio of 1:1.5~2. It cures at a moderate temperature of 170~200β with short time and high efficiency, and its temperature resistance is particularly outstanding. After aging at 1000β for 15 minutes, the room-temperature lap shear strength remains above 10MPa. It also performs brilliantly in quartz material bonding, with room-temperature bonding strength exceeding 10MPa.
In addition to core bonding functions, it can also meet sealing needs and even be used to prepare high-temperature resistant coating materials, adapting to multi-scenario industrial applications. The product comes in customized plastic barrels of 0.5L~10L. Sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, it has a shelf life of up to 1 year, facilitating long-term storage.
For reliable bonding in harsh environments, choose IOTA H21600!
