IOTA H11500 borosilazane adhesive is a gray, one-component, solvent-free product. It features medium-temperature curing with a short curing time and excellent high-temperature resistance, capable of withstanding 1300-1500℃. In terms of performance, when used for bonding graphite materials, its room-temperature bonding strength exceeds 5MPa, and the compressive shear strength is over 8MPa at 400℃, 800℃, and 1000℃, while remaining above 2MPa at 1500℃. The curing condition is furnace heating to 170℃ for 2 hours, followed by furnace cooling. It has a wide range of applications, including bonding and sealing metals, ceramics, or composite materials, as well as preparing high-temperature resistant coating materials. For packaging, it is available in 0.5L~10L plastic buckets according to customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool and dry place with a sealed container, and the shelf life is 1 year. Note that after the base adhesive is left unused for a long time, ammonia gas may escape when the bottle cap is opened, so it is recommended to use it in a well-ventilated environment.
