IOTA RH3400 Silicone-Modified Cyanate Ester Adhesive

IOTA RH3400 is a dark gray, three-component, solvent-free silicone-modified cyanate ester adhesive. It has a temperature resistance range of 300-400℃, featuring room-temperature curing with a short curing time; heating curing can further shorten the time and improve bonding strength. Its viscosity is approximately 3500cp, with excellent performance: the room-temperature lap shear strength exceeds 8MPa; after aging at -40℃ for 1 hour, the room-temperature strength still exceeds 8MPa; the lap shear strength at 200℃ is over 7MPa, and at 300℃, it is more than 1MPa.
The working time of this product is 40 minutes. For the curing process, you can choose to cure at room temperature for 5-7 days, or cure at 130℃ for 3 hours. It can be used for bonding between metals, ceramics, or composite materials. In terms of packaging, 0.5L~10L plastic barrels are available according to customer requirements. The base adhesive and curing agent should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year. It is recommended to operate in a well-ventilated environment.
