IOTA 69550 Addition-Curing One-Component Thermal Conductive Adhesive Material

IOTA 69550 is an addition-curing one-component thermal conductive adhesive material, suitable for stencil printing and dispensing operations. It features low BLT, excellent adhesion, fast curing, low thermal resistance change rate, and flexibility. With a thermal conductivity of 2.2W/m·K, it is in a semi-thixotropic fluid state and has a density of 2.65g/cm³. It can be cured in 30 minutes at 150℃; after curing, its hardness is Shore A 75±10, and the shear strength between aluminum-aluminum substrates is 3.2MPa. This product can be widely used in scenarios such as bonding plastic shells of automotive electronic devices to aluminum plates, thermal conductive bonding and fixing of heating devices or MOS tubes, bonding of heating elements, fixing and bonding of wafers, as well as bonding and sealing of casings.
