IOTA R3600 is a white, three-component phenolic modified cyanate ester adhesive. Its base adhesive contains a certain amount of solvent, with a solid content of more than 75% and a viscosity of approximately 3000cp. This product features room-temperature curing: it has a working time of 5-7 minutes and can be fully cured in 1 hour at room temperature, with a short curing time. It boasts excellent temperature resistance, capable of withstanding 400-600℃ high temperatures, and reliable bonding strength—its lap shear strength is over 2MPa at room temperature and over 1MPa at 400℃. In terms of application scenarios, it is suitable for on-site rapid processing needs, and can be used for rapid sealing of metal parts and rapid repair of composite material parts. For packaging, 0.5L~10L plastic barrels are available according to customer requirements. During storage, the base adhesive and curing agent should be placed in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year. It should be noted that when using, if the base adhesive is left for a long time, ammonia gas may escape when the bottle cap is opened, so it is recommended to operate in a well-ventilated environment.
