IOTA 61102 is a pure methyl silicone resin dedicated to mica bonding, featuring excellent properties such as high temperature resistance, electrical insulation, moisture resistance and water resistance. It is relatively brittle and hard, with a high curing degree and low volatile content during the curing process. The product appears as a colorless or light yellow transparent liquid without mechanical impurities; its viscosity (measured by a coating-4 cup) is 14-40 seconds, solid content reaches 50%, and the gel time at 200℃ is 5-50 minutes (adjustable according to user requirements). In terms of applications, it is an ideal adhesive for manufacturing high-temperature mica sheets and glass fiber cloth laminates, and can also be used as an abrasion-resistant and polishing agent for marble and floor tiles. For packaging, there are two specifications: 200kg iron drums or 50kg plastic drums. During transportation and storage, it should be stored in an environment below 35℃, protected from direct sunlight and kept away from heat sources; it should be transported and stored in accordance with flammable product standards. The shelf life is half a year, and expired products can still be used if they pass the analysis.
