IOTA H31000 is a gray-black three-component silazane adhesive with no solvents, suitable for various application scenarios. This product features medium-temperature curing: the curing condition is heating to 170℃ with the furnace, maintaining for 2 hours, and then cooling with the furnace, with a short curing time. It has excellent temperature resistance, capable of withstanding 800-1000℃ high temperature, and stable bonding strength—bonding strength is over 12MPa at room temperature, over 4MPa at 400℃, and over 3MPa at 600℃, with a viscosity of approximately 3000cp. In terms of applications, it can be used for bonding and sealing between metals, ceramics or composite materials, and also for preparing high-temperature resistant coating materials. For packaging, 0.5L~10L plastic barrels are available according to customer requirements. It should be stored in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year. Please note that when using, if the base adhesive is left for a long time, ammonia gas may escape when the bottle cap is opened, so it is recommended to operate in a well-ventilated environment.
