IOTA 69317 is a condensation-curing one-component silicone thermal conductive adhesive that integrates bonding, thermal conductivity and sealing functions, featuring stable performance and wide application. This product has a thermal conductivity of 1.5W/m.K, adopts a one-component neutral alcohol-release formula and a titanium catalyst system, which can cure by absorbing moisture for convenient use. It is in the form of white paste with a density of 2.4g/cm³, a surface drying time of only 5-10 minutes, and a hardness of Shore 65±5 after curing, ensuring reliable structure. In terms of application scenarios, it is suitable for the sealing needs of LED lamps, can be used for heat dissipation treatment of automotive electronic components, meets the heat dissipation, positioning and sealing needs of PCB boards and electronic components, and is also suitable for gap filling between high-power triodes, thyristors, diodes and substrates such as aluminum and copper.
