IOTA 69320 Condensation-Type Single-Component Thermal Conductive Adhesive Material

IOTA 69320 is a condensation-type single-component silicone thermal conductive adhesive material. It appears as a white paste, adopts titanium catalysis, and is a formic acid-releasing product. Its density is 2.75g/cm³, and the thermal conductivity reaches 2.03W/m.k, meeting the thermal performance requirement of 2.0W/m.K.
This material features moisture-curing property, requiring no additional component mixing during use, and its paste state facilitates operation. It has a short surface drying time of 6-12 minutes, and after curing, the hardness (Shore) can reach 75±5, which can meet the mechanical performance needs of conventional bonding and sealing.
In terms of application scenarios, this material has a wide range of uses: it can be used for sealing LED lamps; suitable for heat dissipation of automotive electronic components; able to provide an integrated solution of heat dissipation, positioning and sealing for PCB boards and various electronic components; meanwhile, it can also be used for filling the gaps between high-power triodes, thyristor components, diodes and substrates such as aluminum and copper, effectively improving heat dissipation efficiency.
