Downstream enterprises still focus on digesting inventory, and their willingness to purchase continues to weaken. In such a market environment, it is difficult for monomer factories to keep their quotations stable. Some monomer factories have changed from secret price cuts to open ones, hoping to stimulate downstream enterprises to place orders.


However, at present, the inventory of midstream and downstream enterprises is sufficient. Faced with the downward quotation of local raw materials, the market's bearish sentiment has further deepened. Most enterprises are more inclined to bargain when purchasing, which may lead to a further loosening and decline of DMC market prices.


For monomer factories, due to the limited number of new orders, the production enthusiasm of some manufacturers has decreased, and they may consider reducing production load in the future. Nevertheless, most monomer factories have full pre-sale orders and are actively organizing production to complete deliveries, so they may not easily follow the price reduction in the short term.


Overall, against the background of weak terminal demand, upstream and downstream enterprises are actively de-stocking while playing games for transactions according to demand. There may be slight adjustments in pricing strategies, and the overall market will mainly operate stably.
