IOTA H21400 is a two-component, solvent-free adhesive in gray color. It cures at moderate temperatures with a short curing cycle: heat gradually in an oven to 170°C, hold for 2 hours, then cool with the furnace.
This adhesive excels in high-temperature resistance, withstanding up to 1,300-1,500°C. It maintains reliable bonding strength across various temperatures:

• Room temperature shear strength: >5 MPa
• Shear strength at 400°C, 800°C, 1000°C: >8 MPa
• Shear strength at 1500°C: >2 MPa

It is particularly suitable for bonding graphite materials and is also applicable for joining/sealing metals, ceramics, or composite materials. Additionally, it can be used to prepare high-temperature-resistant coating materials.
Packaging: Available in 0.5L to 10L plastic drums (customizable per customer request).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life: 1 year.
Note: After prolonged storage, the base component may release ammonia when opening the container. Use in a well-ventilated area.
