IOTA H21500 is a polycarbosilane adhesive, which is a two-component product in gray color and contains no solvents.
It adopts a medium-temperature curing method, and can be cured completely after 2 hours at 220℃. It has excellent temperature resistance, being able to withstand temperatures exceeding 1500℃. When used for bonding graphite materials, its room-temperature bonding strength exceeds 10MPa, the compressive shear strength is over 15MPa at both 500℃ and 900℃, more than 12MPa at 1100℃, and still maintains a compressive shear strength of over 10MPa at 1400℃.
It has a wide range of applications, which can be used for bonding and sealing between metals, ceramics or composite materials, and can also be used to prepare high-temperature resistant coating materials. In terms of packaging, it can be provided in 0.5L to 10L plastic buckets according to customer needs. The product should be stored sealed in a cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 1 year.
