In order to ensure the quality of adhesion, the following points must be achieved:
(1) Select the adhesive suitable for the specific application.
(2) Take into account both the high strength and good durability of the adhesive.
(3) Do not use adhesives that have exceeded their storage period and service life.
(4) For single-component adhesives, if they are stratified or precipitated, they should be thoroughly mixed before use.
(5) For multi-component adhesives, they should be mixed uniformly according to the specified proportions.
(6) Do not adopt simple butt joints.
(7) Try to use lap joints, miter joints, socket joints, and mixed joints.
(8) The lap length should not be too long.
(9) For adhesive laminated materials, do not use lap joints, and miter joints should be used instead.
(10) Add screws and rivets, and use flanging and corner wrapping to prevent peeling.
