Functional Solventless Adhesives
Solventless adhesives should develop towards functional products. For example, develop products that are resistant to corrosion by mixtures of organic solvents such as benzene, toluene, xylene, esters, surfactants, and dimethylformamide (DMF) with a content of less than 20%, as well as pesticides.
UV Curing Solventless Adhesives
In addition to features such as fast curing speed, product transparency, high peel strength, and good flexibility of the finished adhesive, UV curing solventless adhesives also have the advantages of being solvent-free, non-toxic, non-corrosive, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. They can be used for the rapid solventless lamination of materials such as plastic/plastic, plastic/paper, and plastic/metal film. Currently, UV curing solventless adhesives have already been developed, but more research and development efforts are still needed to introduce more mature products to the market.
Solventless Adhesives for Other Industries
Develop solventless adhesives applied in industries such as textiles and automotive interiors, as well as solventless adhesives for the lamination of paper (including kraft paper, cardboard, and ordinary paper) and plastic (various transparent films, aluminized films, and aluminum foils).
