Energy Saving
Solventless lamination equipment does not require a drying tunnel, which reduces energy consumption. Moreover, in the subsequent curing process, the curing temperature of solventless lamination is basically the same as that of dry lamination, so the energy consumption is also relatively similar.
Safety
Since solventless adhesives do not contain organic solvents, there are no potential hazards of fire and explosion during the production, transportation, storage and use processes. There is no need for explosion-proof and heat preservation measures, nor is there a need for a special warehouse for storing solvents. More importantly, it has no harm to the physical health of the operators.
High Efficiency
The lamination speed using solventless adhesives is generally 250 to 350 meters per minute, and can even reach up to 400 to 500 meters per minute at the highest.
