IOTA 26194 is fast‑hydrolyzable macromolecular silane for filler‑surface treatment. It is colorless to pale‑yellow transparent low‑viscosity fluid with narrow molecular‑weight distribution. Fast hydrolysis enables rapid wetting and blending with thermal‑conductive fillers such as alumina and aluminum nitride for continuous‑modification production lines. Free chloride ion is below 20 ppm. Its electronic‑grade low‑chlorine feature prevents corrosion of electronic components for new‑energy thermal‑material manufacturing. It converts hydrophilic inorganic fillers into silicone‑philic surfaces, improves compatibility between fillers and polysiloxane matrix, suppresses powder agglomeration & sedimentation and enhances compound process fluidity. Widely applied for powder modification of thermal‑conductive adhesives and thermal pads.
