IOTA 61102 is pure methyl silicone resin, colorless or light‑yellow transparent liquid free of mechanical impurities with 50% solid content. It features excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, moisture and water resistance. It delivers high curing degree with low volatile content during curing, and forms brittle‑hard cured film. Gel time ranges 5‑50 min at 200℃ and can be customized. It serves as ideal binder for high‑temperature mica boards and glass‑fiber cloth laminates to guarantee stable insulation performance. Packed in 200 kg iron drums or 50 kg plastic pails. Store below 35℃ away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Transport as flammable goods. Shelf life: 6 months. Re‑use is allowed if re‑test passes after expiry, suitable for mass‑production of electrical insulating materials.
