IOTA H21000 is solvent-free two-component grey-black polysilazane adhesive with viscosity 1000~3000cp, fast medium-temperature curing and continuous service temperature of 1000-1100℃. It delivers stable mechanical performance: bonding strength>8MPa at room temperature, tensile shear strength over 2MPa at 600℃ and above 1MPa at 1000℃, preventing joint cracking under ultra-high heat.
Cure at 170℃ for 2 hours with furnace cooling, suitable for mass assembly of high-temperature fixtures and metal-ceramic composite parts. It can be stored for 1 year in cool, dry and sealed conditions. Operate in ventilated areas to avoid ammonia released from base glue after opening. Custom plastic drums from 0.5L to 10L are available.
