IOTA RH3400C is solvent-free three-component silicone modified cyanate ester adhesive with viscosity around 3500cp and 40 minutes working time for easy operation. Two optional curing processes: fully cured at room temperature in 5–7 days for field repair; fast curing at 130℃ for 3 hours for mass manufacturing to shorten cycle and enhance bonding strength. It bonds dissimilar substrates including metal, ceramic and composite materials for high-temperature equipment and heat-resistant fixtures. Custom plastic drums from 0.5L to 10L are available. Base resin and curing agent can be stored for 1 year in cool dry sealed storage. Apply under ventilated conditions, suitable for both field maintenance and factory mass assembly.
