1.General-purpose adhesives include second-generation acrylic adhesives and α-cyanoacrylate adhesives. The former cures quickly and has high bonding strength, while the latter has good bonding properties for most materials. Hot melt adhesives include EVA, polyamide and polyester, which cure quickly and are pollution-free. Organic silicone adhesives are single-component and two-component, and are used for insulation sealing of high-voltage lines, bonding and sealing of electronic components and heat-resistant glass products.
2.Thermally conductive adhesives are used for components on electronic chassis and circuit boards that generate large amounts of heat and require heat dissipation, such as transformers, transistors and CPU chips. Thermally conductive adhesives have good thermal conductivity, resistance to alternating cold and heat, resistance to aging and electrical insulation, and are moisture-proof, shock-resistant, corona-resistant and leakage-resistant. They have a wide range of applicable temperatures and good bonding properties.
3.Conductive adhesives are used in the field of microelectronic assembly, such as connecting thin wires to printed circuits, electroplated base plates and metal layers of ceramic adherends. According to different curing systems, they are divided into room temperature curing, medium temperature curing, high temperature curing and ultraviolet light curing.
4.Potting compounds are used for bonding, sealing, potting and coating protection of electronic components. After curing, they are waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, insulating, heat-conductive, sealed, corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant and shock-resistant. The main types of potting compounds are epoxy resin, silicone resin and polyurethane.
