IOTA-273 fully meets production demands of high-temperature vulcanized solid silicone and injection-molded liquid silicone rubber. With a full range of viscosity and vinyl content grades, it can be selected flexibly according to the hardness and strength of finished products.
Added at 50%-100% as the main raw material of HTV, it greatly improves the hardness and structural strength of silicone, matching compression molding and extrusion processes. It also acts as the key matrix of LSR. Its highly reactive terminal vinyl groups realize hydrosilylation with hydrogen silicone oil for smooth molding and stable mass production of precision silicone parts.
It mixes well with reinforcing fillers and additives without phase separation. Available in 50kg PE drums and 200kg coated iron drums. Store sealed at room temperature away from sunlight and transport as non-dangerous goods for steady supply to silicone manufacturers.
