IOTA 253 is multi-vinyl terminated T-type phenyl polysiloxane with two vinyl grades: 1.5 mmol/g and 2.0 mmol/g to meet various crosslink density formulas. It boasts excellent compatibility with phenyl silicone rubber and phenyl silicone resin without delamination, removing extra compatibilizers to simplify formulation. Active vinyl groups react with phenyl hydrogen crosslinkers via hydrosilylation to form heat-resistant stable networks. Packed in sealed 25kg & 200kg coated iron drums for easy storage and mass supply. Customized for high-temp phenyl silicone rubber and optical phenyl silicone resin, widely used in electronic potting and high-temperature insulation sealing.
