IOTA 69102 is a one-component addition-cure thermally conductive adhesive. Its fluid texture supports stencil printing, and low BLT delivers ultra-thin uniform bond lines for automated mass production. It has a density of 1.40 g/cm³ and thermal conductivity of 0.6 W/m·K, fully curing in 30 minutes at 150°C to shorten production cycles.
Cured Shore A hardness is 32±5 with flexible texture, and Al/Al shear strength reaches 1.5 MPa. It features low thermal resistance variation for stable long-term heat dissipation.
