IOTA 69316 is a condensation-type one-component neutral dealcoholization silicone thermal adhesive. It is a white semi-fluid with a density of 1.65 g/cm³. Adopting formic acid-free and titanium-catalyzed formula, it cures by moisture absorption with an ultra-short skin-over time of 2–4 minutes, greatly boosting production efficiency.
The cured adhesive has a Shore hardness of 50±5 and good flexibility, with a thermal conductivity of 0.82 W/m·K for steady heat dissipation. The one-component formula requires no mixing and is ready for use. It is ideal for sealing LED lamps and hot spots on PCBs, protecting heating parts of locomotive equipment, and filling gaps between high-power transistors, thyristor diodes and silver/copper substrates. It is a cost-effective bonding and thermal conductive material for electronics manufacturing.
